Well kind of.....See in hopes of eating better Ive started taking photos of my lunch's. My goal is to choose healthier foods with plenty of the veggies and fruits. I also try and add as much color as possible. I sometimes send it to Greg so he can commend me on my flirty food.
Maybe it is over thinking but my worst damage to my body is when I'm NOT thinking ....and there I ate just chips for lunch (like hot lime Cheetos). And the way I feel after these lunch's is proof my body is lovin' it. Do I make lunches like this everyday.....no but I'm trying. Look in your fridge and pantry pull out your camera and see what kind of flirty food you can come up with.
